Supporting people living with chronic illness & disability through community, resources, and real opportunities.
We exist to improve the lives of people navigating chronic illness and disability - providing the support, resources, and community that make a real difference.
Sharing knowledge, strategies, and guidance for navigating the challenges of chronic illness.
Creating meaningful connections and reducing the isolation that often accompanies chronic conditions.
Opening doors to opportunities that are often closed to people with disabilities and chronic illness.
Helping people rebuild their lives with confidence, dignity, and real possibility.

We lead with understanding because we've been there. Authenticity is at the heart of everything we do.

Every person deserves to be seen, heard, and valued — not defined by their limitations.

We focus on practical, meaningful support that creates tangible change in people's lives.

Connection and belonging are essential. We build spaces where people feel understood and supported.
The UNLCKD Charitable Foundation was born from lived experience — not theory, not sympathy, but from walking the same difficult path that so many others face.
Matthew Bray survived a life-changing accident in 2006, followed by twenty skeletal surgeries, chronic illness diagnoses, and a complete collapse of identity and direction. Through those years, he experienced firsthand the isolation, the barriers, the loss of opportunity, and the desperate need for genuine support and community.
This foundation exists because Matthew understands the reality many people face — and is committed to creating the support system he needed but couldn't find.

Providing resources, education, and practical guidance for navigating chronic illness and disability.

Creating safe spaces for connection, shared experience, and mutual support.

Opening doors to employment, education, training, and personal development opportunities.

Raising awareness and advocating for the needs and rights of people living with chronic conditions.
